Day 12 Drive to Thanjavur Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and drive to Thanjavur en route visit Srirangam Temple in Trichy (125 km/2 ½ hrs drive). Continue driving to Thanjavur (65 km/1 ½ hr drive). On arrival, check in at hotel. Afternoon: Visit Brihadeeswara Temple, and Raja Chola Art Gallery has over 30,000 Indian and European manuscripts written on palm leaf and paper preserved in the Saraswathi Mahal Library. Pondichery Trip

Day 13 Drive to Pondichery Morning: Post breakfast, start early to Kumbakonam (40 km/1 hr drive), visit Darasuram Temple, Later continue driving to Gangaikonda Cholapuram and visit the temple (the temple is closed from 12-5 pm, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site). Later continue to visit Thillai Nataraja temple in Chidambaram (44 km / 1 hr drive) (the temple is closed from 12-05 pm). Post-visit drive to Pondichery (65 km/ 1 ½ hr drive).
